Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to integrate my Aqara devices into my existing HomeKit setup, and I wanted to share my experience and ask for some advice. I’ve got a few Aqara mini switches and some temperature/humidity sensors that I’d like to use with my HomePod. I’ve heard that the Aqara E1 hub can work with HomeKit, but I’m a bit confused about the setup process, especially since I’m in Switzerland and not China. I read somewhere that setting the region in the Aqara app to China Mainland might help, but I’m not entirely sure how that works. Has anyone successfully done this? I’d love to hear your tips or any potential pitfalls to avoid. Also, I’m considering getting a smart power strip for my terrarium setup, but I’m not sure if I need another hub for that.
