Not sure if you guys facing this issue. My FP1E presence Sensor always show as presence when my clothes are hanging at nearby the sensor. Even after I manually click to the AI spatial learning, the sensor still show as presence without resetting itself to absence status.

Hello, FP1E can remove micro-motion and common reflection interference in the environment, automatically learn the interference signals in the environment, and eliminate the influence of interference sources. However, for irregular and large movements, such as clothes being blown from the balcony or large curtains fluttering, due to the detection characteristics of millimeter-wave radar, it cannot be guaranteed that they can be filtered. We suggest you change the installation position of the equipment. To achieve the best detection effect within a relatively stationary space. Thank you for your feedback

The clothes are just hanging there without strong wind blowing. It sometimes also detect wrong status when people is in and out from the space.

Although the movement of clothes in the space is very weak, it may still disturb the energy state of the space and maintain the state of someone. FP1E has the ability to withstand interference, but if there are interfering objects in the space, it may take longer to determine whether there is no one. If you want to improve this phenomenon, you can try adjusting the sensitivity setting to low. Hope this information can be of help to you
