Yes, that is theoretically possible. But that could be tricky. You can set up different zones and distinguish between them. However, this depends on the structural layout of your stairwell. Are the two stairwells separate, and how far apart are they? Are there walls between them? Where is the power connection for the FP2? Can you position the sensor so that it can distinguish between the stairwells? What exactly did you have in mind? Do you have a photo?
Alternatively, you could use two sensors. That will probably be much easier. One sensor for each floor. However, you could also use the FP300. This does not allow you to define zones, but it runs on batteries.
