I can’t link my FP300 Presence Multi-Sensor to Home Assistant using the Matter protocol. Can someone help me pair it?

Did you change the protocol to Thread? Do you have a Thread Border Router?

You need to quickly press the reset button 10 times to enter factory reset mode
