Good morning. I have had the Aqara FP300 for a long time and for a while, after three days it stops working without noticing a presence. A few days ago, from Aqara they told me to return it to factory settings by pressing the button 10 times. So I did, and today Monday, after three days, it fails again. In this case, it has not stopped detecting presence. For it to work again, I must press the button that carries once. Then it works again without problems, for 3 days. I don’t understand what’s happening. Does it happen to anyone else?
I would recommend a full power cycling and factory reset. After that, it may be a hardware issue
@Sudds65 What do you mean? To change the batteries and then do a factory reset? But before the update that made it consume the entire battery very quickly, it did not have any kind of failure.
Yeah, so basically swap batteries, factory reset, take new batteries out, put them back in, then try to reconnect to the device.
I’ll try to see if I can solve anything. Do you know someone who has happened or has happened?
