Aqara G2H Camera setup loop – Error 1000/10010 after deleting former HomeKit environment

Hi Aqara

I am having severe issues re-adding my Aqara G2H Camera Hub to the Aqara Home app.

The camera was previously installed in an Apple HomeKit environment that no longer exists (it was deleted without removing the camera first).

When I try to pair the camera in the Aqara Home app, it scans the QR code successfully. It then states “Binding… please wait” and starts counting down. After about 30 seconds, it fails with Error code 10010 and occasionally “Failed to connect to Wi-Fi”
