I’m having problems with my Aqara G2H Pro camera. The camera often goes offline, even though the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network coverage is good. The camera is connected to an Apple HomePod mini hub, and my internet router is an Asus RT AX86S, and the internet connection is very fast via fiber optic.

You may have problems with the power supply, try replacing it with another one and check the result.
If you have a combined network (2.4+5), it may help to split it into two different networks.
First of all, thanks for the reply. I’ve just replaced the power supply and will try another one to see if that helps. Regarding the network, I had already set it up from the start: I had a different name for the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and a different name for the 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and it didn’t help.
Are you using the Apple Home app or the Aqara app? I use five cameras, and HomeKit often loses one of them. The Aqara app shows them all online. Only after purchasing a larger Apple subscription do they all work properly?
