Aqara G3 broken

Hi all
Has anyone had any issue with there G3 where it just stops working.
It was perfectly fine last night but I woke up this morning and there is no power going to the device.
I’ve changed the connection, power lead, blue socket and usb plug but nothing seems to get it working again.
I’ve also tried to do a reset on the device.

Any help would be great

Hi @johnsond28 do you see any light? What color is it?

No light or power

Ok well if there’s no light or power, then it’s probably dead. You just can change the power supply and hope that is out of order.
If not , contact Aqara support, maybe it’s still on warranty and you get a replacement
