Aqara G3 Camera keeps switching night mode on and off

I have multiple Aqara G3 cameras of which the night vision when activated at darkness keeps switching on then off. Any solution?

Hi @maxdegenaars do the G3 turn off and didn’t turn on again? Maybe it is just in the time when the light is between on/ off

Thanks for the reply unfortunately that’s not the case. The camera is on and in darkness it literally keeps switching between night vision and normal vision. There is no light that triggers the nightvision. I have placed the camera at different locations but same results. I guess the auto function is just broken. And the sensor doesn’t work properly

Yes, that’s what I supposed that some light source triggers it somehow.
I would contact the Aqara support and maybe they can check the device and it’s logs…
