Aqara G4 video doorbell timeline missing

The camera no longer records on the SD card (although the health is normal) and I do not get any timeline although it is selected continuous record. I can only view live feed in both Aqara and Apple Home apps

The new app version has adjusted the local video playback interactive interface of the G4 doorbell. Please refer to the screenshot I uploaded. I have marked the new timeline entry position in the picture with a red box

I also have this problem. It appears to have started after I upgraded the Aqara Home app. I’ve tried all the suggestions listed above. I don’t see the icons that appear in the above screenshot. Thanks for your help.
