I’ve recently installed the Aqara G400 doorbell through the POE connection. It’s seems very strange that the connection speed shown on the live doorbell view is only between 100-200 kbps when I have Gigabit internet.
It was the same on the previous Aqara doorbell that was connected on WiFi.
Any suggestions??

Hi, the G400 has a max connection ethernet speed of 100Mbps which is more than enough for a single video stream, but what you’re seeing in the live view isn’t the connection speed but the video stream rate.
It uses lossy compression and if there isn’t much changing in the image it will by design get compressed down to such a rate as you’re seeing, it is only sending the changes in each frame, not the entire frame each time. If the image is busy with lots of moving elements you’ll see the rate jump up.
