Well this is odd, I just checked my router logs and there is nothing listed at all between 7:25am - 3:29pm ?
Not just for the doorbell but nothing is listed, but I was loading up various Aqara cameras throughout the day.

And at 15:49 I get network error again ?
I have turned off my router for a few minutes, and back on again, I’ll see how this goes.
I have not firmware updated my router for some time, as it has been working great in general, and sometimes you read bad feedback about some of the firmware versions so I leave well alone.
OK, I previously assumed you were viewing the doorbell via your local Wi-Fi when the error occurred. My mistake! Testing from outside the home network is a different story.
When accessing the stream remotely, the connection goes through the cloud (or a VPN, if you have one). However, even for a remote request, the doorbell must wake up and re-establish a Wi-Fi connection to send the data. If your router logs don’t show a reconnection event during your remote attempts, it means the “wake-up” signal is likely failing before. Does this issue happen exclusively when you are off-site?
As for your other cameras: the reason you don’t see any disconnects/reconnects in the logs is simply that they aren’t “sleepy devices”. Since they are likely mains-powered, they maintain an active, 24/7 connection, whereas the G410 drops the link to save battery.
Ok thanks.
To clarify this issue happens when both at home and work.
This morning at 9:04am I was at work testing it, on my mobile using the 5g network. Signal is pretty good, the other powered cameras always load up fine.
Just earlier at 15:49 I was at home when it failed again, so I was on my iPad connected to my local WiFi.
Very strong signal as the router is in the same room as my iPad.
So the issue does happen in either scenario. Away or home.
My router is a fairly good model, Asus RT-AX88U. But old now by today’s standards.
