Aqara G410 doorbell batteries dead in one month

I was excited to install the brand new Aqara G410 doorbell. There’s no power in the ideal location for the camera, so I figured, batteries it is! One month later, the batteries are dead.

I expected them to last much, much longer. And the camera is configured to only record video every once in a while — in fact, it usually only captured one or two clips a day, even when I had many more people coming & going from my home. So it’s not that it’s totally misconfigured.

Were the original batteries simply very weak? Or what is going wrong?

If your doorbell only shoot one or two video clips per day, the battery life should be at least 6 months. I think this is an abnormal situation. Please provide me with the Aqara Home account and the country/region your doobell currently linked（ donie.yu@aqara.com ）I will arrange for colleagues to investigate the specific reasons.

I would be thrilled with one month! After installing my new g410 (running the latest firmware) two days ago, the batteries last less than 24 hours!!
