Hi all,
Does the Aqara Smart Wall Switch H2 EU have a fallback mode when set to Decoupled mode? Specifically, can the relay still be manually controlled (e.g., via the physical buttons) if there’s no Zigbee connection to the hub, or does it remain stuck in the “always ON” state without any way to toggle the relay offline?
Thanks in advance for any insights or experiences you can share!

@aqarahime You seem to be experiencing an issue with the fallback behavior of the Aqara Smart Wall Switch H2 EU in Decoupled mode during Zigbee outages. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
This will be more efficient. If you do not have an Aqara Home account, “Please

Hello, welcome to the forum. Yes, you can leave the physical button unchanged with the “turn off after network recovery” function on a permanent basis. You program the additional button as you need. In the event of a loss and recovery of the industrial network or the disappearance of the Zigbee channel, the switch with the physical button continues to control the lighting. In my house, everything is set up like this. Additionally, if the switch controls a smart lamp, I select the “turn on the lighting after network recovery” option for it (the lamp). This scheme allows you to simulate a “dumb” switch in any situation.
