I’d love for a simple way to trigger automations and actions between Aqara U100,G410, Hib M3 and other accessories I have with my HDL Buspro system
I understand using home assistant and node red is possible but given the size and location of these companies I would have thought some plugin etc would be available by now.
HDL doesn’t support SmartThings, if anyone knows of a simple way to achieve such things please share or your suggestions even

I totally understand the frustration — you’d think two large Chinese companies in the smart home space would have figured out a native integration by now!
The reality is that HDL Buspro and Aqara operate in quite different market segments. Aqara targets the mass consumer market, while HDL is more of a professional/integrator system (similar to KNX). Aqara focuses on mainstream consumer ecosystems such as Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Home Assistant, SmartThings and Matter.
Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a simpler way — and certainly no direct integration with the Aqara Home app. Since you have the M3 hub, the least painful path is probably to use it as a Matter Bridge via the HA Matter Server add-on/app. For HDL Buspro, there’s no official HA integration either, so you’d still need Node-RED + MQTT or a custom HACS integration like HDL Buspro.
Not the plug-and-play solution you were hoping for, I know. But as far as I can tell, that’s currently the only realistic option.
