I connected my new Aqara Hub M3 to my Apple Home network via Matter, which immediately added two ‘Aqara Radiator Thermostat E1’ devices to the network that I don’t have and don’t need. Unfortunately, I can’t deactivate them, even though I’ve removed the hub several times, deleted it with a factory reset, and then added it again. The devices reappear every time. I can’t remove them individually in Apple Home, only hide them. Is there another way to delete them?

Hello, welcome to the forum. You may have been sold an M3 gateway from a kit that included E1. Now they are tied to your home by default. Open the M3 gateway and remove them from the home.
Hi, thanks for your support, but there is ‚t any device in the hub themself, it is shown only in apple home after I connect them with matter to it.
Hi, that screenshot is my output of that page you asked for. I‘ve in that hub only my 4 smoke detectors. Not more.
„Untergeordnete Geräte“ means in german „child devices“
I don’t know, maybe these radiator thermostats are factory-installed as a Kit. That’s why a factory reset always sees these thermostats. I suggest contacting support to have them removed from the M3.
Thank you very much for your tip. I just wanted to make sure I hadn’t overlooked anything, as this is my first Aqara Hub. I will contact support.
Regards
Habib
