I bought 3 aqara hub and set up a network, this morning when I’m checking the app, I found out that the hub disappear from my app, and is not connecting, I have to reset the hub to join, what’s the cause?

If the hub is not in the application, reset the network by holding the button on the hub for 10 seconds, you will hear a notification that the network has been reset, and you can reconnect it to aqara home. Perhaps this is some kind of bug, usually devices (hubs) do not disappear from the application. If the problem is not solved, contact support via feedback in the application.
