Aqara Life Insight suddenly stopped working the last 8 days. It has not logged anything or give any metrics. Is this a general issue?

The Life app we provided for you in early April was a test version, specifically designed for you to try out the “Device Add-on Features” plugin. We’ve reviewed your feedback from the trial, and as the discussion around it has died down, we haven’t continued maintaining this feature. Over the past few months, we’ve been working on other functional modules, and if there are any new updates in the future, we’ll make them available to you again.
In theory, the new changes shouldn’t affect the previous version’s content. We’ll look into why it’s no longer working — please bear with us. For now, we recommend using the Aqara Home app as your primary option.

We’ve identified the root cause of the issue. The interface solution was changed in later versions, which affected the older version of the app. We’re likely to release the next trial package by the end of July to fix the relevant issues, and we’ve already given you a sneak peek of some of the new updates. @Vakispr @DEChrisE @Caroline_Zzz
