Please check again which version the client is using, in the “About” section under the “My” tab, and also whether you are using an iPhone or an Android phone.

Yeah it still does not work for me and I don’t know why. I’m just trying two rgb bulbs and they will not change color. Here are both ids

In the plugin it doesn’t even let me change the color of the bulb it’s just brightness and color temperature for white

You need to log in with the main user account of the Aqara hub. User accounts that were “added” later won’t be able to connect to the home.
Now that I am connected and devices synced, I get an internal server error 500 when trying to download plugins.
My Samsung didn’t automatically prompt for permissions, so I allowed those manually.
I am in the United Kingdom, Android 1.0.2 downloaded from the QR code this morning. Samsung S21 Ultra.

Hi, we’ve identified the root cause of the issue. The interface solution was changed in later versions, which affected the older version of the app. We’re likely to release the next trial package by the end of July to fix the relevant issues, and we’ve already given you a sneak peek of some of the new updates.
