My Aqara devices (switches, climate sensor) are connected through my M100 hub. Every couple of days, after having worked flawlessly, my M100 seems to just turn off. That is, it is unreachable (so all my connected devices are also unresponsive), and the indicator light is turned off. When I unplug it and plug it back in it again works perfectly for a couple of days. I already tried a different USB port and power source. Any ideas? Thanks!
@rdekleijn It sounds like your M100 hub is experiencing intermittent power or connectivity issues. Since you’ve already tried different USB ports and power sources, let’s focus on a few other angles based on troubleshooting guidelines:
First, ensure the hub’s firmware is up to date—sometimes stability issues can be resolved with updates . You can check this in the Aqara Home App under the hub’s device settings.
If the problem persists, it might help to verify the router environment. For example, if you’re using a WiFi6 router, ensure “WiFi5 compatible mode” is enabled (some devices require this for stable connections) . Also, confirm the hub is within a reasonable range of the router to avoid signal interference.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, reach out to the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Home > Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
