I have a strange issue with magicpad S1 plus. I have added a Fan (with light) to the Aqara M3 hub using matter. From the Aqara app i have no issue to control the fan and light. However, when I add this fan to the magicpad S1 plus I cannot control the light or the fan. The control is totally grey out.
The main reason is that the S1 Plus does not currently support this product category, so there is a bug after adding it. We will optimize this fan category and fix this bug.

Is the fan a bluetooth Matter device? Maybe the Magicpad is trying to connect directly and it’s out of range?
