Hello Aqara Support Team,
I purchased an Aqara Smart Lock U200 in October 2024 and it worked perfectly for several months.
However, over the last few months, I have noticed that the keypad battery no longer lasts more than two weeks. This is a significant change compared to its previous normal behaviour.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and advise on possible solutions?
