Aqara Smart M3 hub suddenly not connecting to WiFi

I been using Aqara smart M3 hub (international version) for about 1 month. Today suddenly lost internet connection based on the log file although my internet is working fine without an issues.

After many times of soft restart or reboot. I decide to reset the entire M3 hub and do re-add the hub to aqara app. The M3 hub is able to detect but failed during connecting to home WiFi.

Anyone have similar situation can share the solution?

Hello, a long time ago I did it first via a cord (connection) and then used WiFi. I can’t describe it in more detail, I forgot already. Now pure WiFi

Did this happen to you after updating the hub to 4.5.20, or are you on the previous version? I had various glitches too, but everything seems to be fine now.

Thanks for the idea… I didn’t think of using wired connection.
After I try use wired internet connection. Everything back to normal.

I will try reconnect back to WiFi after my holiday :sweat_smile:
