@AqaraOfficial have done it again . (Not in a good way).

Why on earth bring a product out a market it for its package detection then for them to go and put the package detection behind a firewall.

They did something very similar wit the Aqara G5 and eventually reversed their decision.

I completely understand that cloud storage costs money and the company have to make money back from this however do not market a product in this way if you are going to charge extra for it !

Please Aqara can you re think this !!

I Agree with this statement, and would very much like this type of detection to be part of the standard set of alerts.

I’m not happy that facial recognition is also behind a paywall but I do understand this.

Aqara, make package detection free to use.

It’s incredibly frustrating because they advertise it like it comes with the product. Having a hard time liking Aqara lately.

I’m not even getting “Motion Detection” alerts when I pull our car in the driveway (which the camera is facing) and park 12’-15’ from the G400. So I’m not sure how great its package alerts are…
