I have 2 Aqara T1M and was thinking of buying 2 more.
The issue I have now is that the side light won’t turn on anymore on both, the app react as if they are turned on but the light doesn’t work on both, is this a manufacturing issue or a software issue I’m using the Aqara m3 hub and zigbee.

So both stopped immediately at some time?
Well I assume so, because I don’t always use them, but when i tried one it did not work and then I tried the other and it did not work either.
Hmm… So it’s not really clear if they didn’t work at same time.
I would try to unbind and bind back… Maybe you have success! If not contact the Aqara support
