Aqara U200 lock disappearing from the app

Hi,

I’ve been using the U200 lock for a while without any major problems, but over the past week it has randomly disappeared from the Aqara Home app a couple of times. When this happens, I can’t control it remotely or see its status, and the only way to get it back is to go through the pairing process again.

Nothing in my setup has changed — same Wi-Fi, same hub, same phone. The battery level is fine, and the lock works locally via the keypad and fingerprint, but it just vanishes from the device list in the app.

Has anyone else run into this? Is this a known firmware or app issue? Would love to know if there’s a workaround so I don’t have to re-pair it each time.

Not the same, but possibly related.
My U200 lite loses connection with my homey pro hub every now and then and it won’t come online again unless it restart the homey pro.

Not sure if that’s a homey problem or an Aqara problem, but if something similar also happens with Aqara’s own hub it might be the lock itself.

Interesting. It’s still in Apple Home for me though.
