Been having issues with the U200 smart lock. Wondering if anyone else is also experiencing the same issue and have found a fix.
Every now and then, the device unlocks & locks very slowly for no reason. The quiet setting has been disabled and firmware updated. Recently it it has also been making quite a strange noise. Any help would be very appreciated.

Sometimes, if the deadbolt screws are too tight or the lock is slightly misaligned, it can cause resistance during operation (like slow movement or unusual sounds) . You might want to gently loosen the screws holding the bolt into the door (on the side) a bit to see if that eases the movement.
Next, calibration could help. For Aqara Home app users, go to the U200 settings > “…” menu > “Calibration” and try “Automatic Calibration” (or “Manual Calibration” if auto doesn’t work). Matter users can press and hold the “Set” button for 3 seconds to auto-calibrate . This often resolves bolt movement issues.
