Aqara U200 Problem with manual closing

Good day, for a few days now there has been a problem with manual unlocking and locking of the lock. Manual/automatic recalibration does not bring positive results. The problem does not occur with the application and the keyboard. Please let me know what steps I should take to eliminate the problem.

I also have a small problem with the u200, I think I have the same problem, the problem is this:

  • When I close the door through Home Assistant it goes a little empty as if it were sliding inside the door handle then it closes.

I did a subsequent recalibration it worked a little and then it started doing the same.

Firmware is : 3.0.0_0077

Hello, disassemble the lock and see if everything is fine with the lock adapter. Such work (scrolling) is possible when the adapter is broken.
