Aqara U300 fail to connect to home kit

Hi, I’m trying to connect my Aqara u300 to HomeKit with the matter code but all the time I get the message of connection fail. I have an Apple TV and already other matter devices paired. Do you know what could be the issue?

First, ensure that both your Aqara U300 and your Apple TV are on the same Wi-Fi network. Devices need to be on the same network to communicate effectively. Also, double-check your Wi-Fi router settings to make sure AP Isolation is not enabled and that mDNS functionality is active, as these can sometimes prevent proper communication.

Next, try restarting both the Aqara device and your Apple TV. A simple restart can often resolve temporary connection issues. Make sure the Aqara device is in pairing mode; you can usually do this by following the device manual.

If you’ve already checked these and the problem persists, consider using the Aqara Home app to pair the device directly. It’s a handy alternative if the Apple Home app is giving you trouble.

I have similar issue with my HomePod and Aqara Hub M2 and Doorbell G4. Looks like last update broke smth with accounts binding. I already reported that to support, but no real reaction

Matter code on the device can be used at first time. If you have connected a matter eco-system like Aqara with M3 or Alexa with Echo, please find matter code in Aqara App or Alexa App.
