Aqara Voice Mate H1 problem

I am having some problems with my Voice Mate H1 unit. Specifically, with my T1 relays for operating lights. Some of them work, others do not (it says that the function is incompatible), and with some, the light turns on but I cannot turn it off.
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a solution?
Best regards

@odrakir It sounds like you’re facing some challenges with your Voice Mate H1 and T1 relays. Here’s a step-by-step approach you can try to resolve these issues:

  1. Check Compatibility: First, ensure that all your devices are compatible with the Voice Mate H1. Sometimes, certain functions may be labeled as incompatible if the devices are not meant to work together.

  2. Firmware and App Updates: Make sure that the firmware for your Voice Mate H1, T1 relays, and the app you are using are all updated to the latest versions. This can often resolve compatibility issues.

  3. Automation and Settings: Verify if there are any automation settings or custom configurations set up that might be affecting the functionality. You can check this in the Aqara Home App or HomeKit to ensure no conflicting automations are causing the issue.

  4. Reset Devices: Try resetting the T1 relays and re-adding them to your system. This can sometimes clear up any glitches that are preventing them from working correctly.

  5. Power Cycling: If the above steps don’t work, try power cycling your devices. Turn off the power to the relays and the Voice Mate H1, wait a few minutes, and then power them back on.

  6. Technical Support: If you’re still experiencing issues after these steps, it might be helpful to reach out to technical support with specific details like the automatic on/off log time, device ID, and bulb naming, as these can provide more insight into the problem.

All steps followed without success.
All my relays are the same model and firmware version (DLKZMK11LM with neutral and latest firmware ver. 0.0.0_0039).
I am surprised that some work and others do not. But it is curious that if I give the command to turn ALL the lights on or off, then they all work correctly. But individually, I have one that neither turns the light on nor off (it says “the device does not support the action”). Alternatively, I remember on one occasion that the command to turn on worked but not the command to turn off.

@odrakir It sounds like you’re experiencing an unusual issue with your T1 relays and Voice Mate H1. Given that all your relays are the same model and firmware version, and that they work collectively but not individually, it suggests there might be a configuration or setting discrepancy.

Here are a few additional steps you could try:

  1. Review Individual Device Settings: Double-check the settings for each relay individually in the Aqara Home App to ensure that each one is configured correctly. Sometimes, device-specific settings can inadvertently cause issues.

  2. Reconfigure Automations: Since the collective command works, revisit any automation rules or scenes that involve these relays. Sometimes, re-creating these automations can resolve underlying issues.

  3. Check Network Stability: Ensure that the relays are consistently connected to your network. Sometimes, intermittent connectivity can cause commands to not be executed properly.

  4. Technical Support for Logs: Since you’ve already followed recommended steps, it might be beneficial to reach out to technical support with detailed logs. Providing them with specific instances when the commands failed could help them diagnose the issue more effectively.
