Aqara W500 Firmware Version

Hello

I am trying to connect Aqara W500 using a 3rd party Zigbee Coordinator to Home Assistant via Z2M. I have got the error Zigbee model ‘lumi.airrtc.aeu001’ and manufacturer name ‘Aqara’ is NOT supported, please follow Support new devices | Zigbee2MQTT. Is there a way without the Aqara App to learn W500 firmware version. Also a chance without Aqara App to update firmware (because I don’t have Aqara hub)

Hello.
You will have to wait for this device to be supported.
You could buy Aqara M100 hub. This one is inexpensive.

Did you try to restart the device?

As I understand you cant access current and set temperature over Zigbee. I switched to matter over thread and it was possible.
