Aqara W500 using Thread and Home Assistant : temperature instable

HI Aquara
I am using 3 Aquara thermostat W500.
I appreciate the design, they are also compatible with Matter over thread, this is perfect. i am using Home Assistant.

Actually the thermostat are switched off, i could see the temperature of the room, this is good. On all of the thermostat, the temperature is not stabelized. We normally have 13.4°C and very often the graph goes down to -73.3°C.
i bought a new one, il will try to enroll the thermostat using Zigbee to see if we have the same issue.

am i the only one with this kind of issue?

I don’t have a problem with mine. Either it’s defective, or the radio coverage isn’t good.

You are not, I see this issue too. Same setup: matter over thread to home assistant. Can you respond in this thread if you hear back from Aqara?
