i have problem when Link Aqara with Alexa

A “Network problem” basically means that there might be some kind of connection issue, such as no internet connection, or the server being contacted can’t be reached or is currently experiencing a problem (this might refer to HTTP status code 500, “Internal Server Error”). In that case, you might want to try again later.
I think I’m having a similar issue that could be related - as of last night my FP2 presence sensors stopped updating in the Alexa app (but were working fine in the Aqara app) so tonight I tried to unlink/relink the Aqara Home skill (as thats sometimes fixed issues with other smart devices in the past). But when I get to logging into my Aqara account to link the smart skill with my amazon account and Alexa, it’s saying ‘network request error’ and not allowing me to proceed.
