i have problem when Link Aqara with Alexa
Network problem 500
Hi. Can you tell us exactly where the error is occurring? A âNetwork problemâ basically means that there might be some kind of connection issue, such as no internet connection, or the server being contacted canât be reached or is currently experiencing a problem (this might refer to HTTP status code 500, âInternal Server Errorâ). In that case, you might want to try again later.
I think Iâm having a similar issue that could be related - as of last night my FP2 presence sensors stopped updating in the Alexa app (but were working fine in the Aqara app) so tonight I tried to unlink/relink the Aqara Home skill (as thats sometimes fixed issues with other smart devices in the past). But when I get to logging into my Aqara account to link the smart skill with my amazon account and Alexa, itâs saying ânetwork request errorâ and not allowing me to proceed.
I have same issue
Aqara not bind with alexa
Same here
looks like Iâve been able to link my account again, but the issues with my presence sensors is still a thing. Hopefully that gets restored with whatever updates theyâre doing to the API
I have the same problem. I couldnât re-link aqara to Alexa until a few hours ago but now Alexa doesnât recognize motion on the sensors when the aqara app shows motion.
Seems thereâs a problem between Aqara and Alexa connection- unfortunately during weekend we wonât get any response or update by the developers
I have the same problem for many hours. So i followed the steps from Aqara to disable and enable the skills. I gave up after getting error 500 and 302.
This morning I managed to enable the skills and relinked to Aqara on Alexa. But none of my routines work because the Aqara FP2 does not detect motion but the Aqara app detects motion. I have 2 zones, both does not work.
For some reason Google Home detects the motion, unfortunately Google Home does not support no motion detection automation.
Aqara needs to resolve this. At one point I have Aqara Home and Aqara Home for US and Others. Absolutely confusing. Now I just have Aqara Home.
To be clear the Aqara app shows FP2 detects presence. But Alexa FP2 device for each zone does not detect motion.
It was working fine until this Network 500 and 302 problem and I had to disable and enable the skill.
I have exact problem.
It seems Aqara servers are not functioning correctly. Neither Alexa nor Google Home are not able to read the status of Aqaraâs devices and sensors and this has been the state since yesterday. I am not sure if Aqara are running maintenance or their is an issue with the cloud service but we need to hear from Aqara if this issue has been resolved.
Mine started working not too long ago
Yes itâs working now. I had to delete the devices from Alexa and perform a new search for aqara devices.
Alright, the same trick worked with Google Home as well.
I unlinked and relinked the Aqara Home account. For the automations to start working again, I went into all of them in the editor and reselected the motion sensor trigger and saved them. Presumably, the name of the service is the same but something linking the name to the actual service internally has changed and refreshing this way is needed.
Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience! A third-party feature was being updated, which caused the issue. It has been fixed as of yesterday. Please feel free to contact us if the issue still exists.
