【产品调研】离家模式按键放在室内还是室外？想听听各位 Aqara 用户的想法～

各位Aqara用户朋友们，大家好。

我是Aqara智能门锁的产品经理 Echo。最近我们在规划下一代门锁的交互方案，有一个功能设计想直接听听大家的意见。

背景是这样的：

目前市面上包括我们在内的大多数智能门锁，离家模式的触发按键都放在室外（前锁） 上。用户在关门后，在门外按一下按键，全屋的灯光、空调、插座等设备就会自动关闭。

这个方案一直在用，但我们陆续收到一些用户的反馈，大意是：

“按了离家模式，我也不确定家里的电器到底关没关，还得再打开手机App看一眼。”

这个反馈其实反映了一个核心问题：“操作”和“结果确认”是分离的。 用户在门外按完按键，看不见家里的情况，心里不踏实。

我们想尝试的新方案：

把离家模式按键从室外移到室内（后锁） 。

也就是说，用户出门前，先在屋内按下按键，亲眼看到家里的灯、空调都关了，确认无误后再开门离开。
比如：您可以在室内玄关处换鞋的时候，先开启离家模式，一键关闭室内家电，然后再按下开锁按键出门。

这样做最大的好处是 “确定性” ——不用猜，不用掏手机，心里踏实。
但内部讨论时，也有同事提出了顾虑：

  • 改变了用户习惯，出门时会不会容易忘记按？用户实际喜欢这个设计吗？

这些顾虑也是我们所担心的。所以我们想要邀请你们一起参与讨论。真正有资格回答这个问题的，是每天在用智能门锁的你们。

Hello, this function is extremely important. To improve its use, it is necessary that notifications (internal) have a local nature. In this case, by pressing a button, the user can instantly receive information about the status of the equipment in the house (as well as enabling the “away from home” mode).

I’m completely happy with the outdoor mode on my d200i lock, and it works perfectly. I don’t think I’d use the button indoors.
