did you guys experinced issue with this lock like stucked lock? Does it work with your Iphone or apple watches?

What’s your exact issue?
My U200 works perfectly after I calibrated it.
I can unlock it via Apple Home Key with my IPhone and my Apple watch and all other methods

The issue with stuck lock was resolved by lubrication but unlocking via Apple Home Key is not working. It works with Siri though.
Do you see the HomeKey in your IPhone wallet?
And did you tried replacing the batteries of the keypad?
