I recently encountered an issue with my Arlo cameras where 11 out of 17 cameras went offline in the Arlo Secure app and on the Arlo website. Despite being offline, these cameras continue to detect motion, send notifications, and record to the cloud. This seems to be a software-related problem, as older posts suggest the Arlo development team has been working on a fix. I’m hoping for a solution that doesn’t involve resetting all the offline cameras, as some users have reported difficulties re-adding them.
