Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue I’m having with my Arlo Pro cameras. I recently came across the End-of-Life program for the VMC4030 model, and I have two eligible cameras that I purchased directly from Arlo. They were first set up before January 1, 2023, but I never received the upgrade offer via email. I tried reaching out to Arlo Support through their chat bot, but it wasn’t very helpful. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m really hoping to get this resolved so I can take advantage of the upgrade. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! ![]()
