Auto lock after 10min, stopped working. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. I think the lock is using gyroscopes to detect whether it is locked or not. So when you close the door gently it failed to trigger the gyroscopes in the lock. As a work-around you can create an automation in the app. “Every time the lock unlocks, lock it after 10 min”.

or u set an automation witch an Aqara Door/Window Sensor.
