I have a hub M2 and this is my problem: when I added my ir air conditioner brand GREE to the hub, it worked in all operations flawlessly. But, when I tried to add to this it ac an automation or a scene, and especially in “ a desired state” that is cooling, heating, the command is not accepted. The scene air conditioner off works, the scene air conditioner on works but always on cool state and not in a desired state. When I chose to add a scene in a “desired state” such as cool, heat, auto nothings happens. Please, help!

Hello, welcome to the forum.
First of all, check if you are pausing between commands. I had this with the TV control. Insert a time delay between the commands.

Thank you so much. That was very helpful. But there is another problem. The desire status of the air conditioning remains only to heat no matter what selection I make.
So I believe this is a bug.
Any other possible fixes.
Hello, unfortunately I don’t operate the air conditioner. As a version, maybe you can teach the IR the command you need.
