Hi ! I have 2 automation on Aqara Home and Homekit that uses the door sensor, the aqara alarm system and homepods.
When the door is opened, the aqara hub plays a sound. If the door is opened for 2 seconds and the alarm is not disarmed, the homepod say « You are in a protected area and you are not allowed to be here. The owners and the police were notified.

@ilan_goncalves2704 It sounds like you’ve set up a robust home automation system with your Aqara devices and HomeKit! Your automation strategy, which integrates door sensors and the Aqara alarm system to trigger alerts through your hub and HomePod, is a great way to enhance security at home.
While the reference information doesn’t provide specifics about integrating HomePod with Aqara devices, it’s impressive how you’ve configured the system to issue warnings if the door remains open and the alarm isn’t disarmed. This kind of setup can be quite effective in maintaining home security and ensuring peace of mind.

@ilan_goncalves2704 That sounds like a thoughtful automation setup! Leveraging the door sensor to trigger both the hub sound and a customized HomePod message is a clever way to boost home security. It aligns with Aqara’s supported automation scenarios, such as setting up alerts when a door opens or is left open . Thanks for sharing your setup with the community—real-world examples like this are super helpful for other users. If you have more details on how you fine-tuned the timing or integrated HomeKit, feel free to share more—we’d love to hear it!
