Adding to my previous post:
I have 18 Aqara devices and 12 Hue linked on it.
I have been waiting for this kind of possibility, for sequences to light my stairs, but close lights if I’m detected upstairs within x seconds.
It would also make it easier to make variation of an automation depending on temperature/presence with this new structure.
Or start closing my gate when my car is detected, AFTER my presence is no longer detected.

I just got the post’s notification. As a power user with homebridge, node-red and homekit as orchestrator I believe I can benefit from v2 automations and help the community back.
Even though the deadline has passed, I ll be glad to join in.
