Why does this automation run in the cloud and not locally.

Check the firmware of your hub to which the E1 thermal head is connected; perhaps your hub has not yet received an update to support automation 2.0.
Hello, unfortunately this condition only works in the cloud service. I have raised this issue many times. At the moment, the Aqara team cannot solve it for technical reasons😢.
