Hey all! I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with Govee’s customer support team. A few months ago, I purchased one of their RGB Basic strips during a sale. At the time, I wasn’t fully aware of the difference between RGB and RGB Basic, but I thought it was a great deal at $18 for a 100ft strip. After setting it up, I was really excited to see it in action. However, after just one month, the strip started to rip, which was quite disappointing. I wasn’t very happy about it, so I decided to buy another one to cover the areas where the paint was peeling off. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a replacement since I couldn’t find the order number. Fast forward to a few days ago, while organizing some wires, a large part of the new strip stopped working. I was really upset, but I decided to reach out to Govee’s support team by filling out their “Report an Issue” form. To my surprise, after only 5 days, I was approved for a new strip and it arrived quickly! I’m so happy that not only does Govee offer top-notch products, but they also care deeply about their customers’ experience. A huge thank you to Kathy from the support team for her help!
