I would like to report a navigation issue in the Aqara Mac App version 6.1.2 (9).
When I enter the “Entire Home” screen, there is no visible option to close the view or navigate back to the previous screen. As a result, I am unable to exit the page without restarting the application.
Please let me know if any additional information, logs, or screenshots are required to assist in resolving this issue.
Mode was in Landscape. However, I have tested in both Landscape and Portrait orientations, and the problem persists in both. Please note that this issue occurs only on the MacBook app.
Hello, I’m a member of the app team. This issue does not seem to occur consistently on Mac computers. I’ve reported it to our testing team, and one device has been able to reproduce the problem. We will try to fix it.
On this page, besides the close button in the top-right corner, you can also close it by swiping. Before the fix is released in a future version, you can try swiping from left to right on the left side of the screen to see if that closes the page temporarily.
This issue does not occur on some computers, so we would like to know the exact model of your computer and the macOS version you are using in order to fix the problem more thoroughly.
You can find this information by clicking “About This Mac” in the top-left corner of your Mac. Could you please check it and share the details with us?
Double checked as well and was not able to reproduce on MacBook Pro 14″, Nov. 2024, running macOS Tahoe 26.4 Beta (25E5218f).
But good find! Thanks for sharing!
Hi there, as this issue has already been resolved with our support team via email, we’ll be closing this topic on the forum as well. If you have any further questions or run into any other issues, please feel free to reply directly to our support email. Thanks for your support and understanding!
Someone should point out there is no “Mac Aqara app” but rather an iPhone and iPad app that can be mirrored to the Mac desktop through iPhone Mirroring.
This thread confuses me each time I see it come up.
