I’ve been diving into the world of smart home devices lately, and I just wanted to share some of my experiences and thoughts with you all. It’s been such a fun journey exploring different products and seeing how they can enhance my daily life!
One of my recent projects was installing a new set of lights in my daughter’s room. It was a pretty straightforward process, but seeing the difference it made in the ambiance of the room was amazing. I can’t wait to try out some of the color-changing features I’ve heard about! 
I’ve also been working on building a little ecosystem in my home using Govee products. It all started with their air purifiers, which I honestly didn’t know much about before. Let me tell you, they’re a game-changer! My wife makes fish for dinner often, and these purifiers have been a lifesaver in keeping the house smelling fresh. Within just two hours, the fishy odor is gone—something that would linger all day without them. 
Another thing I’ve been tinkering with is setting up temperature sensors throughout my house. I’m a bit of a weather nerd, so monitoring the temps in different areas has been a fun little project. I’ve got sensors in the garage, basement, office, and even outside. It’s cool to see how the temperatures fluctuate and how it affects my environment. The widgets in the app make it so easy to keep an eye on everything without having to dig through menus. 
I also received some unreleased H6042 walk washing light bars for testing, and I have to say, they’re pretty impressive. Placing them behind the TV creates such a cool wall-washing effect, especially with the reflective glass surface. I’ve synced them with my AI HDMI box and DreamView settings, and the results are stunning!
