Good afternoon. After changing the password of the home network, one camera got disconnected. It shows error 608. Please help. Where and what code do I need to send?
Hi @alexeysmirnov try resetting your Camera Hub G3’s network and adding the new network password. If that doesn’t work, you might want to do a hard reset on your device.

@alexeysmirnov Press and hold: Hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator starts flashing.

@alexeysmirnov I know that Error 608 means a sub-device binding issue.
Make sure the device is compatible with the G3.
Update the Camera Hub G3 firmware.
Check Wi-Fi stability and region settings.
Try resetting the sub-device or the hub.
If the issue persists, contact Aqara support with device and firmware details
