I recently encountered an issue with one of my cameras, and I thought I’d share my experience and seek some advice. One of my four cameras needed charging, so I plugged it in and left it for a couple of days. After charging, I put it back outside, but now it’s behaving oddly—it flashes blue and amber intermittently. I’m not entirely sure what caused this, but I suspect it might be related to a firmware update. The support articles I’ve read mention that flashing lights can indicate a firmware update in progress. However, I might have interrupted the process by pulling the battery out before the update completed. I haven’t tried swapping the battery with another camera yet to see if it’s the battery or the camera itself that’s causing the problem. I’m wondering if a new battery would resolve this issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!
