While I am using device never update new version I need to reset all than I can do update sometimes. I wonder its just me or ?

Yes. It’s been happening to me for a couple of months now. Currently E1 camera is on 4.3.6_006. When checking for updates, I’m told that 4.3.8_0012 is available. When I click on “Upgrade” it goes to downloading, shows 0% progress for a time. Then returns “Unknown error (993005)”. After that, it won’t even attempt anymore until I let it sit for a while.
I’ve tried everything under the sun and it won’t upgrade to the latest firmware.

Sadly, this worked! Using my cell hotspot, and putting the camera on that network, I was able to download and install, the next two updates on the E1.
Now mine is on 4.5.20_0002 as well. ![]()
