Camera G100 update stuck at 50%

The firmware update of the camera G100 to 4.3.8 is stuck at 50% downloading and then stops.
Anyone with the same problem?

can you try and bring theG100 close to the connected hub , to see if its a connection issue?

I recommend you reboot your router and phone and try again. Perhaps enabling the auto-update function will help.

Thanks for the tip, the update worked fine after i placed the camera next to the M2 hub.
