I have a G5 Pro POE camera and I can’t update the camera. I tried turning it off and restarting it, but nothing helped. Update ends at 0%.

Restart your phone and your router, update the Aqara Home app to the latest version and try again.
Yes I have tried it from several different devices android iphone. I have tried restarting both the router and the device itself. Previous updates worked fine.
Restart the camera, if that does not work power cycle the camera.
I’ve tried: restart, factory reset, removing from app, does anyone have any other ideas?
Hello, I think the reason is in the router. Maybe you have some restrictions on data transfer to the cameras (PoE). Check the router settings. By the way, reboot the router together with the camera.
When update the camera are you doing it from the profile-firmware page or in the camera settings themselves? If so try and go into the cameras settings and attempt the firmware update there. If it doesn’t work reply here as it can be a whitelist issue.

Enabling automatic updates at night has always helped me out in such situations, you can try this method.
It helped to replace the unifi router with a TP-link for the update. Thank you all for the advice.
but replacing the router is not the solution, I need to find out what I should enable so that updates work on my unifi router?
so the problem was that I had to turn off the unifi vpn network even though aqara was not on that network
